Photography
Experimenting with portraiture, I have produced images showing peoples experiences with food. The photos I have taken and edited show the food on peoples faces to show their personalities by what food they like or dislike.

I also looked into materials and how materials can interact with people. Some materials being transparent, measurable, crumpled and bringing another texture or colour to an image.
​
I explored feelings and colour as well as the following because I wanted to look into colour theory. I wanted to bring out emotions , feelings, memories and hobbies in my work. I experimented with backgrounds, isolated colour in sections and lighting.

Macro / Still life
My Macro shoots feature unseen detailing, still life, abstract aspects. In this collection I have looked at getting very close to both flowers and objects, in both colour as well as black and white.

Using still life as the subject of some of my imagery, I have looked into spiralling and repeating to show a different view to an image. The repetition helps to show more of the subject where I can re arrange, filter and experiment. Using the technique of the spiral draws attention to the centre of brings the centre outwards, unrevealing the image in a way that makes it more noticeable in parts.

During my trip to Gran Caneria I visited Palmitos Park , i got the opportunity to photograph a range of animals and insects including meerkats, reptiles, birds, fishes in the aquarium and butterflies.
Animal
Landscapes
One of my main personal interests in photography is exploring the world that us as everyday people live in.I find it fascinating peoples connections that have a meaning towards the landscapes. The experiences to the places people go, wandering and the encounters they have. The everyday changes as we think about global issues such as global warming. i like to look into this topic and how it affects the beauty in the landscape. I like my photos to display something beautiful but in sections i have looked at ways these get destroyed.

Due to the amount of different genres there is, it has been a challenge with visiting destinations and exploring the wide range of landscape. My work includes rural countryside from places such as Otley in Leeds, Gran Canarias, Cleethorpes, Haverhill in Suffolk, Kelling heath. I also have taken urban landscapes in Lincoln and Butlins in Skegness. To be experimental I also looked into combining some of my works with layering and materials.

Panoramic
I usually take my panoramic photos on my phone. The view of this gives a wider observation of the surroundings i capture. This means i can capture mote of my vision that I have when exploring a landscape or space. Using this approach i have taken beach photos, Newcastle city , car parks, reflections ofn trees and repeated pattern.
Travel
What i try to show in my travel works is the movement, light, space, distance and exploration. When taking these images I noticed peoples directions and how they move across different spaces. I found out about the differences between busier places with loads of people, then the empty others are. I found it interesting to explore peoples intentions when visiting the spaces and thought about the everyday of spending time in a city.
